Please review these terms carefully governing your use of Robozonex physical hardware development kits, STEM lab setups, and digital educational services.
1. Overview
These Terms govern your use of Robozonex Labs’ services, including our AI, IoT, and Robotics Lab setups, educational hardware kits, faculty training programs, and associated digital learning resources. By purchasing, accessing, or engaging with our platform and physical setups, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
Turnkey STEM Labs
Setup of state-of-the-art AI, IoT, Microcontroller, and Robotics Labs for educational institutions.
Hardware Kits
Supply of open-source development kits, Smart Embedded Training Boards, sensors, and actuators.
Training & Bootcamps
Structured faculty development bootcamps (FDPs), student workshops, and robotics curricula.
Technical Support
Ongoing technical assistance, project guidance, and custom hardware engineering consultancy.
3. Use Guidelines & Conduct
When utilizing our physical hardware or digital portals, you agree to:
- Operate all educational hardware kits responsibly under appropriate voltage and safety constraints.
- Refrain from unauthorized commercial redistribution of proprietary schematics or training manuals.
- Comply strictly with all local, institutional, and national educational regulations.
4. Intellectual Property Protection
All course content, PCB layouts, software code snippets, training documentation, trademarks, logos, and hardware designs (including the flagship Smart Embedded Training Board) are the exclusive intellectual property of Robozonex Labs. Unauthorized copying, commercial resale, or uncredited duplication is strictly prohibited under Indian and international copyright laws.
5. Payment Terms & Delivery Milestones
Project costs, delivery schedules, and payment milestones are finalized through formal quotations or institutional proposals. Delivery dates for physical hardware kits are subject to component availability. In cases of logistics or supply chain delays, our team will provide prompt written updates.
6. Limitation of Liability
Robozonex Labs shall not be held liable for:
- Damage caused by improper wiring, overvoltage, or unauthorized hardware modifications.
- Loss of experimental research data resulting from hardware misuse in academic labs.
- Consequential financial losses connected to external lab setup delays.
7. Warranty & Support Guarantee
Defect Warranty
Physical components and embedded boards are protected by a limited defect warranty.
Institutional Helpdesk
Direct technical support available for partner institutes and certified faculty.
Lifetime Ecosystem
Ongoing assistance with curriculum updates, firmware patches, and lab expansion.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services, digital access, or consultancy agreements if these Terms are materially breached, in cases of severe non-payment, or upon evidence of material IP infringement.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
