1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of RoboZonex Labs’ services, including our AI, IoT, and Robotics Lab setups, training programs, and associated digital resources. By engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

• Design and setup of AI, IoT, and Robotics Labs.
• Supply of educational kits and hardware.
• Faculty and student training programs.
• Technical support and consultancy.

3. Use of Services

• Use our materials and kits responsibly for educational or research purposes.
• Not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary hardware designs, documentation, or training materials without written consent.
• Comply with all applicable institutional and governmental regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, hardware boards (including the Smart Embedded Training Board), documentation, and materials are the exclusive property of RoboZonex Labs. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

5. Payment and Delivery

Project costs, payment milestones, and timelines are agreed upon via official quotation or proposal documents. Delays due to supply chain or unforeseen technical reasons will be communicated promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Loss or damage resulting from improper use of kits or components.
• Institutional misuse or alteration of provided materials.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from lab use.

7. Warranty and Support

• All kits and components are covered under a limited warranty for manufacturing defects.
• Technical support is available 24×7 via email for verified institutions.
• Lifetime ecosystem support includes assistance with training and upgrades.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated or in cases of non-payment or misuse of materials.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
